You can find them in Pernon and in Oriel.
They sell cheaper versions of some normal housing items, and some rare shugo-only housing items.

On midnight, at the end of the 31st day of every game-time month, special seasonal agrint monsters spawn.
They are very very easy to kill (you don't even take any damage) but take a while to die. Usually, there will
be an alliance or two you can join, to kill these agrints, although you could easily solo one, as well. When they
die, they drop life leaves, which can be sold for around a million kinah each, pretty whale mounts, and quest
items that give you pretty wings with nice stats.

The purple whale mount is a drop.
After the agrint is dead, life leaves spawn everywhere on the floor around it.
You don't even have to be in an alliance or party to pick them up.
